SITUATION
Our team chose Annum because it provides a central place for tracking activity. We use the calendar feature to plan social media, website posts, news releases, internal and external events, advertising, and due dates.
Annum stood out from the alternatives we were considering because it combines a lot of the features we wanted into one platform. We like incorporating multiple channels and organizing everything by color and strategic priority. The ability to change the view from day, month, and flow is helpful, depending on how members of our team work best.
IMPLEMENTATION
It didn’t take our team long to learn how to use Annum. The online training guides and step-by-step resources are very helpful. Annum’s platform as a whole isn’t super “busy,” which makes navigating it much more manageable.

IMPACT
Our Engagement Coordinator checks Annum daily, and it’s become an essential part of our workflow. And when we need to share our plans with others outside the team, it’s easy to grab a high-level screenshot of the calendar and provide a clear snapshot of what’s ahead.
Annum lets you get very detailed, which is extremely helpful when planning large amounts of content. The ability to add target segments is one of our favorite features. Our company has multiple “buckets,” and we use the target segment feature to tag each tactic to make sure we have an even amount of content between divisions.
